The weekly session of the Ashe County District Court was held Feb. 14, the Honorable Mitch McLean presiding. These decisions were handed down by the court:

Molly M. Richardson: (T) driving with license revoked, (P) no contest, (J) guilty, 45 days suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation, CC.


Trinidad P. Vargas: (M) assault on a female, (P) no contest, (J) PJC, CC.
