The Huskies never trailed after a 17-point first quarter to avenge an early-season loss to North Wilkes, 55-46.
Junior point guard Connor Bowers had a game-high 15 points as well as four assists and three rebounds.
Corbin Winebarger had his best game of the year with 11 points since returning from an injury the sidelined him for a good part of the season.
Junior Bradley Lucas added eight points and four boards, senior Devan Sheets scored six points and had six rebounds and fellow senior Cullen Ashley had six points and a team-high seven boards. Alex Spencer scored four, Gavin Woodie had two points, Parker Shelton scored two and Kendall Richardson hit a free throw.
The Huskies shot 47-percent from the field and attempted a season-high 35 free throws. Ashe hit 21 of those shots from the charity stripe.
With the win, Ashe moved to 7-12 overall and 5-4 in the Mountain Valley Athletic Conference.
North Wilkes fell to 7-10 overall and 6-3 in the MVAC. Even worse for the Vikings, they will be without leading scorer Jordan Church for the rest of the year as a knee injury he suffered will end his junior campaign.
Ashe will have a pair of home games this week. The Huskies host East Wilkes on Tuesday night and will host Elkin on Thursday night. The Huskies won both previous meetings with the Cardinals and the Bucking Elks.
