New Ashe County head coach Brian Hampton is set to host his first summer football camp at ACHS.
Camp is set to take place July 9-11 from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. each day. The camp is open to rising first graders through rising sixth graders.
Coach Hampton and the rest of the coaching staff, along with several current high school players will be on hand to help teach the basic fundamentals of football to the young athletes.
Campers should be at the field house on the first day of camp dressed in t-shirts, shorts, and tennis shoes or cleats and ready to play.
The cost of the camp is $20 and it includes a camp t-shirt.
