Robert Clifford Harris, age 88, of Fleetwood, died Thursday, July 15, 2010 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Mr. Harris was born April 3, 1922 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Henry and Jessie Hindes Harris. Mr. Harris served in the US Marine Corps during WWII. He attended Jefferson United Methodist Church. Mr. Harris was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan. He also loved golf and bowling.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Dorothy Harris.

A gathering of remembrance was held from 3–5 p.m. on Sunday, July 18, at Badger Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Harris is survived by: his wife, Shirley Hindes Harris; and two sons, Timothy “Scott” Harris of Fleetwood and Kenneth Harris of San Diego, CA.
