JEFFERSON-A Creston man allegedly conspired with two others to traffic more than 28 grams of methamphetamine in February, according to arrest warrants.
Thomas Larry Greer, 57, of 1617 Sutherland Road, Creston, is facing felony charges of trafficking in meth and a conspiracy related charged. He was arrested on May 17, and issued a $40,000 secured bond.
According to Greer’s arrest warrants, probable cause existed for authorities to believe that he conspired with Jamie Richard Ferguson and Jennifer Walker to commit the felony of trafficking to possess more than 28 grams of meth, but less than 200 grams.
A probable cause hearing in the case has been set on June 2. Greer has waived the right to assigned counsel, but did not waive the right to seek an attorney.
