(Photo submitted) The Ashe County Sheriff’s Office released its most recent arrests Oct. 4, 2016.


The following individuals were arrested and booked in the Ashe County Detention Center Friday, Sept. 23 through Tuesday, Oct. 4. The information is provided by the Ashe County Sheriff’s Office and is public record.

Sept. 23

Timothy Curtis Harless, 31, of 418 Will Vannoy Road, West Jefferson, was charged with misdemeanor larceny. He was issued a $370 cash bond.

Sept. 25

Angel Michelle Mullins Severt, 44, of Jefferson, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. She was issued a $20,000 secured bond.

Sept. 27

Ashley Amber Wurth, 30, of West Jefferson, was charged with failure to appear on misdemeanor and felony charges. She was issued a $12,500 secured bond.

Sept. 28

Allison Betina Roark, 22 , of 193 Hartsoe Road, Warrensville, was charged with failure to appear on charges of no operator’s license, no insurance and not displaying a registration plate. No bond information was available.

Sept. 29

Kevin Grant Neal, 29, of 370 Milt Houck Road, Todd, was charged with assault on a female. He was issued a $1,500 security bond.

Sept. 30

Wesley Samuel Pennington, 21, of 294 Pennington Hollow Road, Lansing, was charged with driving while license revoked, carrying a concealed weapon, reckless driving and probation violations. He was issued a $15,000 secured bond.

Oct. 1

Christopher Thomas Bumgarner-Mushrim, 20, of 303 Milt Houck Road, Todd, was charged with driving while impaired, driving after consuming and carrying a concealed weapon. He was issued a $2,500 secured bond.

Duran Ruben Resendiz, 28, was charged with driving while impaired and possession of marijuana up to half an ounce. He was issued a $700 secured bond.

Oct. 3.

Allen William Shepherd, 39, of 270 Townview Street, West Jefferson, was charged with assault on a female and communicating threats. He was issued a $7,500 secured bond.

Oct. 4

Linda Mary Terrizzi, 49, of 272 Doggett Road, West Jefferson, was charged with being intoxicated and disruptive and failure to appear for simple assault. She was issued a $600 secured bond.
