Kesha Lyalls: (F) manufacturing methamphetamine (J) guilty. $35,000 secured bond, stay 250 feet away from residence, live in mother’s residence. Curfew from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., must stay in North Carolina.
Dustin Penley: (M) possession of trout on delayed harvest (P) no contest (J) PJC. CC.
Bradley Richardson: (M) possession of drug paraphernalia (J) guilty. 15 days active ACJ.
