Former Lady Husky soccer player Kebrina Keys and the rest of the Mountaineer soccer team will start the season with an exhibition game against N.C. State in Raleigh on Wednesday, Aug. 13.

App State will host High Point on Aug. 16 in the final exhibition game.

Keys is entering her junior year at App State. She scored one goal in 10 games last season.

The regular season will start with nine non-conference games, including facing a pair of familiar teams. The Mountaineers will travel to Elon on Sunday, Aug. 24 and to East Tennessee State on Thursday, Aug. 28.

ASU ends August with its first home regular season match on Aug. 31 against Liberty.

The team will have six more non-conference games with four of those coming on the road. The Mountaineers travel to Morehead State on Sept. 5 and Marshall on Sept. 7 before returning home for two matches against Belmont (Sept. 12) and George Mason (Sept. 14). The last two non-conference tilts are at James Madison (Sept. 19) and Radford (Sept. 21)

This is ASU’s first year in the Sun Belt and the first conference foe will be Arkansas Little Rock on Friday, Sept. 26.

Up next, App travels to Arkansas State (Sept. 28) and Texas State (Oct. 5).

The Mountaineers will be at home for four consecutive Sun Belt matches. The team will hosts Troy (Oct. 10), South Alabama (Oct. 12), Louisiana-Lafayette (Oct. 17) and Louisiana-Monroe (Oct. 19).

The regular season closes with road matches at Georgia State on Oct. 24 and at rival Georgia Southern on Oct. 26. Sun Belt Tournament action takes place Nov. 5-11.
