HensonFuerst is holding a free public seminar on the rights and duties of landowners whose properties will be affected by the North Carolina Department of Transportation’s U.S. 221 Widening Project. The project may take property from residents of Ashe and Watauga counties to widen highway 221. Real estate attorneys Ben Hurley of West Jefferson and Rob Angle of Boone will be joining the conversation and answering questions. The seminar will take place in the large courtroom at the Ashe County Courthouse located at 150 Government Circle in Jefferson.
