Aaron Banks Dixon, 28, of Fleetwood was charged with two counts of first degree sexual offense, first degree rape of a child and second degree sexual offense. Bond was set at $100,000 for the first degree sexual offense charge and $1,000,000 for the first degree rape of a child charge.

William Anthony Fitzpatrick, 45, of Todd was charged with possession/sell of heroin, trafficking opium/heroin, sell/deliver cocaine, sell/deliver a Schedule II controlled substance and conspiring to sell/deliver a Schedule II controlled substance. Bond was set at $200,000.

Richard Michael Harris, 46, of West Jefferson was charged with three counts of trafficking opium/heroin, conspiring to traffic opium/heroin, and manufacturing a Schedule II controlled substance. Bond was set at $200,000.

Ronald Trey Maxwell, 18, of West Jefferson was charged with three counts of breaking and entering.

Taylor Kristine Smith, 18, of Fleetwood was charged with probation violation.

James Bryant Washington, 24, of Goldsboro was charged with driving with a revoked license. Bond was set at $1,000.

Cody Austin Blair, 22, of Wilkesboro was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $500.

Jacob Cory Brown, 20, of Millers Creek was charged with misdemeanor larceny.

March 12

Lisa Michelle Anderson, 39, of Millers Creek was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon. Bond was set at $25,000.

Brittany Lee-Ann Byrd, 21, of Ronda was charged with two counts of providing false/fictitious information to an officer and driving with a revoked license. Bond was set at $1,000.

Christopher Cody Caudill, 25, of Hamptonville was charged with assault inflicting serious injury.

Steven Troy Hicks, 21, of Deep Gap was charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, providing false/fictitious information to an officer an driving with a revoked license.

Christy Michelle Parsons, 28, of North Wilkesboro was charged with larceny, injury to personal property and obtaining property by false pretense.
