Mr. Larry Wayne Treadway of Jefferson died on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, at his home. He was 53.
Mr. Treadway was born on Oct. 8, 1959, in Ashe County, to William Conley and Martishia Riley Treadway.
Mr. Treadway was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Jack and Clifford Treadway; and two sisters, Debbie Rupard and Dorothy Eastridge.
Mr. Treadway is survived by his children, Jessica Nichole Blevins of Glendale Springs, Kiana LaTisha Treadway and Joshua Drew Treadway, both of the home; six sisters, Julia Eldreth of Lansing, Margaret Ray of Morvian Falls, Lois Grogan of Granite Falls, Helen Jones, Mildred Mahaffey and Mary Campbell, all of Warrensville; brother, Harold Dean Treadway of Warrensville; one step-granddaughter, Alexis Dawn Blevins; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, in the Clint Gilley Cemetery by Mark Rupard. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at Badger Funeral Home.
