County Commission Incumbents Re-Elected

The Republican incumbents successfully defended their seats on the Ashe County Board of Commissioners, while state and national Republican candidates easily carried Ashe County.

Winning new four-year terms on the county commission were Gerald Price, Larry Rhodes, and Gary W. Roark, with Rhodes pulling the largest number of votes.

The countywide totals for the county commission race were:
