Ashe Chamber of Commerce presented McNeill’s Department Store owner Robbin McNeill (center) with a plaque of appreciation and a plant as a farewell gift on her last day of business. Presenting the gifts were Kathleen George, left, and Jeff Dreyer from the chamber. McNeill’s closed in downtown West Jefferson on Wednesday after 123 years in business.
