Ashe County High School athletes from all seven fall sports were honored Sunday evening in front of coaches, friends and family members.

Before the evening started, ACHS Athletic Director Marc Payne was honored for his outstanding coaching career and the unwavering support for Husky Athletics.

Awards were handed out for varsity and junior varsity volleyball, women’s golf, JV and varsity cheerleading, women’s tennis, cross country, JV and varsity football and JV and varsity soccer.

Here are pictures of this year’s varsity award winners. JV winners will be in Tuesday’s edition of the Jefferson Post.
