A $2.1 million contract has been awarded to Blythe Construction Inc. of Charlotte by the N.C. A woman who fell from a moving vehicle on Mill Creek Road in the Todd/Fleetwood area last night between 7:00 and 7:15 p.m. died of her injuries, according to Ashe County Sheriff James Williams.
