April 7 Dennis Arlie Miller, 48, of Creston was charged with simple assault and assault on a female. Bond information is unavailable. Miller was released later that day.Michael Lee Jones, 35, of Lansing was charged with non-support of a child and fraud disposal of mortgage property. Bond was set at $5,263.25. Jones has not been released.Randall Allan Phipps, 27, of Crumpler was charged with non-support of a child. Bond was set at $1,000.
