Husky Football Camp

WEST JEFFERSON — The annual Husky Football Camp at Ashe County High School will take place June 20-22 from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. each day.

Ashe County head coach Brian Hampton and his coaching staff along with current and former players will be on hand to work with young campers who want to learn and improve their football skills.

Campers eligible to participate are first grade through sixth grade students.

Learning the proper fundamentals is critical in every sport so Coach Hampton and his crew will be hard at work to instill these fundamentals in campers at a young age.

Those interested in attending should report to the fieldhouse and wear t-shirts, shorts and tennis shoes or cleats by 8 a.m. each day of camp.

The cost for this year’s camp is $30 and each camper will get a special camp t-shirt.
