The bride-to-be is the daughter of Bonnie and Kenneth Bartlett and the late Harold West of Michigan.
The prospective groom is the son of Fredrick and Brenda Hammer of Crumpler and the late Larry Roark of Jefferson.
A summer wedding is planned in 2008.
