Ashe attempted to rally in the second half and got within 16-8 before the Cardinals scored another touchdown late in the fourth quarter.
The Huskies (4-7 overall, 3-5 MVAC) will now wait and see who its playoff opponent will be. Brackets should be released Saturday afternoon.
