HensonFuerst Attorneys will hold a free public seminar about the N.C. DOT’s U.S. 221 widening project and its impact on area landowners.

Attorney Anne Duvoisin will be presenting for Ashe and Watauga county residents and businesses affected by the planned N.C. DOT Project R-2915. The current plans for this project include relocating 70 residences and 33 businesses, as well as taking rights-of-way from others who will not be relocated.

This seminar will take place on Feb. 11 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the large courtroom at the Ashe County Courthouse located at 150 Government Circle in Jefferson.
