Mrs. Alice Du Poe of Cornelius died Monday February 18, 2013 at Presbyterian Hospital Charlotte. She was 58.
Born Jan. 10, 1955, in Xinzhu, Taiwan, she was a daughter of Cheng-Tang Du and Jing-Xian Ding. She attended Da-Hua Elementary School, Taipei Municipal Junior Girls High School and National Chengchi University Department of Law. She was a software engineer with Fiserv.
In addition to her parents, she leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Gary L. Poe; son, John Michael Poe ; brother, Jia-Ke Du; sisters, Yi-Ning Du, Jia-Ning Du and Xiao-Ning Du; nieces, Jin Du, Ke-Yu Chen; and nephews, De-Yan Du, De-Sheng Du and Zhao-Ting Li.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday Feb. 22, 2013 in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home with Rev. Steven Wang officiating. Graveside services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday Feb. 23, 2013 at Ashelawn Memorial Gardens in Jefferson. The family will receive friends 6-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
