Mr. David Neil Church of Fleetwood passed away Monday night, Dec. 17, 2012, at his home. He was 47.
Neil was born in Havre de Grace, Md., on Monday, Feb. 22, 1965.
He owned and operated Neil Church Construction. He was a member of Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church, where he enjoyed working with the youth program. Also in his spare time he enjoyed hunting and riding his Harley-Davidson.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Brian Church; two sisters, Melinda Fumich and Tammy Church.
Mr. Church is survived by his wife, Karen Phillips Church; and his parents , Sammy and Shirley Church of Jefferson.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012, at Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Eric Proffit and Rev. Paul Coffey officiating. Entombment followed in Mount Lawn Mausoleum in Boone.
