Ms. Judy Kay Bare of Clemmons, passed away Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was 64.

She was born Oct. 20, 1948, in Ashe County to Willie Corine Phipps Bare and Thomas Russell Bare.

Ms. Bare was employed with Forsyth Medical Center/ Novant Health for the past 40 years and was of the Christian faith.

Surviving are her mother, Willie Corine Phipps Bare; one son, Jason Pittman of Welcome; one grandson, Caleb Pittman of Kernersville; six siblings, Pat Whiteheart (Gene) of Pfafftown, Diane Goodman (Steve) of Laurel Springs, Chris Bare (Lydia) of Abingdon, Va., Randy Bare (Rita) of Lexington, Cindy Bower (Danny) of Jefferson and Lesia Carter (Eddie) of Crumpler; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel with Pastor Jason Holley officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
