Ruby Little was my Grandmother on my mother's side, mother of my mom Linda LIttle McQueen. Our daughter Ruby who's 2 and half years old is named after her Ruby Mae McQueen. Mamaw, as she was know to us was one of the most special people I ever knew. She was an inspiration to us all, a true, strong and smart independent North Carolina Appalachian woman from a bygone era. She will be missed.
