A homemade version of a baker favorite, Pumpkin Whipped Cream Cheese is fluffy, light and makes any piece of toast a treat. This recipe comes to us from Let’s whip a batch up, smear some toast or warm bagel, and a cup of coffee, and relax.


8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/4 cup Truvia Brown Sugar Blend

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice


1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients.

2. Using a hand mixer, beat until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.

3. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
