She’s an Ashe County ambassador


“I am delighted to announce that on Tuesday October 13, Teresa Richardson the Ashe County Emergency Management Administrative Assistant received the Vance E. Kee Award from the North Carolina Emergency Management Association (NCEMA),” Ashe County Director of Emergency Management Patty Gambill said. “The Vance E. Kee is one of four awards the NCEMA bestows annually (only two of which are for local emergency management personnel) and is presented to the local emergency management staff person who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in their local Emergency Management program, through promoting Emergency Management among other County and State agencies and elected officials.”
