CRUMPLER-A Jefferson man is in stable condition after he was ejected from his Chevrolet Suburban this morning during a single vehicle accident on North Fulton Reeves Road in Crumpler.
Travis Hash, 41, sustained a broken hip and dislocated pelvis after his sports utility vehicle traveled left of center and ran off the left side of roadway before overturning, according to N.C. Highway Patrolman J. Williams. The accident was called in around 6:18 a.m. March 15.
The trooper said Hash was transported to Watauga Medical Center in Boone where he is in stable condition.
Hash was not wearing a seat belt, said Williams.
