CRUMPLER-A Warrensville teen was unhurt after he upended his SUV Thursday afternoon just west of Shatley Springs Restaurant, according to the North Carolina Highway Patrol.

Hogan Mitchell Windish, 17, was traveling on Shatley Springs Road in a 2005 Jeep Liberty shortly before 2 p.m. on July 14, according to North Carolina State Trooper S. Staley.

Staley said Windish’s Jeep traveled just off the right hand side of the road before Windish overcorrected and rolled the jeep on its side.

Staley said the teen was unhurt in the crash, but would be cited for failing to maintain lane control.
