Ashe County arrest report

ASHE COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested and booked in the Ashe County Detention Center Thursday, July 14 through Wednesday, July 20. The information is provided by the Ashe County Sheriff’s Office and is public record.

July 15

Timothy Ray Watson, 28, of Jefferson was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $8,000 secured. Watson was released the next day. Watson’s first court appearance was July 21.

July 16

Joshua Knight Rockwell, 24, of Crumpler was charged with two counts of injury to real property and injury to personal property. Bond was set at $2,500 secured. Rockwell has not been released. Rockwell’s first court appearance is Aug. 11.

July 17

Joseph Edward Medley Sr., 49, of Creston was charged with three counts of failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Bond was set at $500. Medley was released later that day. Medley’s first court appearance is Aug. 18.

Dakota Scott Combs, 19, of Lansing was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, breaking or entering a motor vehicle, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of stolen goods, possession of synthetic cannabinoid, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer. Bond was set at $26,500 secured. Combs has not been released. Combs’ first court appearance was July 21.

July 18

Adam Michael Boelke, 29, of West Jefferson was charged with indecent liberties with a child. Bond was set at $75,000 secured. Boelke has not been released. Boelke’s first court appearance was July 21.

Fred Blanks Jr., 25, of Crumpler was charged with assault on a female. Bond was set at $5,000 secured. Blanks was released later that day. Blanks’ first court appearance is Sept. 2.

Mako Angelo Caldera, 40, of Jefferson was charged with assault on a female. Bond was set at $500. Caldera was released later that day. Caldera’s first court appearance is Sept. 2.

Wesley Samuel Pennington, 21, of Lansing was charged with second degree trespassing and failure to pay monies. Bond was set at $200 secured. Pennington was released later that day. Pennington’s first court appearance is Aug. 18.

July 19

Amanda Marie Christy, 29, of Jefferson was charged with misdemeanor larceny and possession of stolen goods. Bond was set at $750 cash. Christy was released later that day. Christy’s first court appearance is July 28.

July 20

James Walter Anderson, 32, of Statesville was charged with non-support of a child. Bond was set at $500 cash. Anderson has not been released.
