WEST JEFFERSON — The annual Fall Sports Awards ceremony took place at Ashe County High School on Monday to recognize the top athletes of the season.

Overall it was a very successful sports season with conference championships going to the golf, tennis and men’s cross country teams as well as a second place finish for varsity football and third place finishes for women’s cross country and varsity soccer.
